Two modes of sitting

The SpinaliS office chair is designed to allow two ways of sitting: active and relaxed, while still supporting correct posture. You can easily adjust the way you sit while working by changing the position on the seat.

Active sitting

In active sitting, you sit in the middle of the saddle, which helps you keep your balance. Our muscles, especially our back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, remain active to maintain correct posture. This reduces the strain on the spine and helps prevent back pain.

Relaxed sitting

A relaxed way to sit is to sit towards the back of the seat and lean back on the backrest, which takes some pressure off your muscles but still keeps your body active by keeping your balance on the moving seat.
