Sedenje moramo ve\u010dkrat prekinjati, oziroma spreminjati polo\u017eaj sedenja. Zato moramo skrbeti za mo\u010dne mi\u0161ice telesa, ki bodo skrbele, da bo razdalja med sramno kostjo in prsnico ves \u010das enaka (pri vseh na\u010dinih sedenja). Ne smemo dopustiti, da se ta razdalja zbli\u017ea, da se upognemo v hrbtenici in da nas sedenje utrudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017doga za sedenje in\u00a0stol SpinaliS nam omogo\u010data stalno gibanje medenice.
