Payment methods

Payment by invoice (direct bank transaction):
Once you have filled in and submitted your online order, we will send you an invoice within a few days with an indicative delivery date. Once payment has been received in our account, we will prepare the ordered items within the agreed timeframe, notify you and arrange collection or delivery.

Payment by Paypal

Payment by Mastercard, Maestroand Visacredit cards.

Payment in cash

Payment by cash or Diners card
is only possible in the SpinaliS sales lounge at Gerbičeva 102, 1000 Ljubljana.

Under no circumstances can a discount voucher or gift voucher be exchanged for cash.

Delivery

Your SpinaliS will be delivered free of charge throughout Slovenia between 8am and 3pm. We deliver the chairs partially assembled, you simply assemble it in a few minutes.

Our delivery partners are GLS or Posta Slovenje. We reserve the right to choose another delivery service if this will fulfil the order more efficiently.

The normal delivery time is 5 to 7 days after receipt of the invoice or payment of the invoice. Ham d.o.o. reserves the right to extend the delivery time in the event of overcapacity.
